Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:- Age >=18years
- Acute Myocardial Infarction
- Blood Glucose Level >=10mmol/L
- Wall motion abnormality on baseline echocardiogram
Exclusion Criteria:
- Active infection/inflammation
- Cardiac shunt
- Cognitive Impairment
- Insulin allergy
