Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• Weight loss

• Systemic solid cancer

Exclusion Criteria:

• Diabetes

• Brain metastases

• Expectant survival of less than 6 months

• Serum creatinine above 200 umol/l

• Persistent of recurrent fever

• Cholestasis
