Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• Patients undergoing elective coronary angioplasty

Exclusion Criteria:

Marked Bradycardia (< 40 bpm)

• Previous allergy to adenosine

• Inability to sign the informed consent

• Asthma

• Elevated cardiac enzymes (troponin I o CK-MB)
