Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• Patients aged from 18- 60 years

• ASA physical status I

• Undergoing septoplasty

Exclusion Criteria:

• Patients with cardiovascular disease (congestive heart failure, coronary artery disease, hypertension.

• History of renal or hepatic insufficiency

• Endocrinal Diseases
