Inclusion Criteria:• Children who need to undergo procedural sedation and analgesia
Exclusion Criteria:
- Weight over 33 Kg
- No Consent from parents/patient
- Needs immediate procedure due to patient's condition
- Growth/mental retardation
- Sensory deficit at the site of intramuscular injection
