Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:- female patient.
- more than 18 years.
- undergoing elective gynecologic laparoscopic surgeries.
Exclusion Criteria:
- allergy to local anesthesia.
- contraindication to spinal anesthesia.
- Significant cardiac, liver or renal dysfunction.
- Inability to informed consent
