Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• Age 3-13 years

• Receiving general anesthesia for upper endoscopy

Exclusion Criteria:

• Known or possible difficult airway

• BMI > 35

• Weight < 10 kg

• Sedative premedication required

• Known contraindication to ketamine or propofol
