Inclusion Criteria:

• full term pregnant adult patients

• Monofetal pregnancy

• scheduled for urgent or elective cesarean section under spinal anesthesia

Exclusion Criteria:

• necessity of general anesthesia during the procedure

• Post partum hemorrage
