Inclusion Criteria:

• All patients presenting to ED with rapid AF (Heart rate >120 bpm).

Exclusion Criteria:

• Unstable hemodynamic state.

• Renal insufficiency (creatinemia> 180 µmol/l).

• Allergy to MgS.
