Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:- All patients presenting to ED with rapid AF (Heart rate >120 bpm).
Exclusion Criteria:
- Unstable hemodynamic state.
- Renal insufficiency (creatinemia> 180 µmol/l).
- Allergy to MgS.
