Inclusion Criteria:- schizophrenia patient
- amenorrhea for more than three months after antipsychotic treatment
Exclusion Criteria:
- liver or renal diseases
- pregnant or lactating women
- cardiovascular diseases
- hypertension or diabetes mellitus
