Inclusion Criteria:

• BMI > 40

• American Society of Anesthesiology Class 1-3

• Elective laparoscopic surgery

Exclusion Criteria:

• Pregnant or breastfeeding patients

• Previous bariatric surgery

• Anticipated difficult airway
