Inclusion Criteria:- Children (age 1-7 years) of American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical status
(ASA) I-II
- Elective cleft palate repair ± cleft lip surgery under general anesthesia .
Exclusion Criteria:
- Coronary artery disease
- Hypertension
- Developmental delay
- Allergy to study drug
