Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:- Clinical diagnosis of postdural puncture headache (PDPH) after elective cesarean section
under spinal anesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria:
- Hypersensitivity of dexmedetomidine, neostigmine or atropine
- Overactive thyroid gland
- Myasthenia gravis
- Closed angle glaucoma
- High blood pressure and coronary artery disease.
- withdrawal of consent
