Inclusion Criteria:

• NSCLC

• Stages IB, IIA, IIB, IIIA/T3

• Lung function test allowing surgery

• Age 18-75 years

Exclusion Criteria:

• Poor lung function

• Performance status 3-4

• Mediastinal lymph node involvement
