Inclusion Criteria:- Children undergoing ENT surgery under general anaesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria:
- Parents refusal
- Cognitive impairment
- Difficulty in communication due to language issues
- Psychiatric disorder
- Severe systematic disorder
- Known allergy to any drug used
