Inclusion Criteria:

• Patients referred for colonoscopy

Exclusion Criteria:

• Patients who don't understand information given

• Age under 18 years

• Pregnancy

• Otitis/sinusitis

• Ileus/bowel obstruction

• Megacolon

• Suspected pneumothorax
