Inclusion Criteria:

• Levemir® above 6 yrs

• NovoMix® 30 above 18 yrs

• Patients with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes, including newly diagnosed

Exclusion Criteria:

• Current treatment with NovoMix® 30 or Levemir®
