Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• Singleton pregnancy

• Preterm labor

• GA24-34wk

• Intact membranes

Exclusion Criteria:

• Maternal/fetal condition requiring immediate delivery ex. Chorioamnionitis, fetal distress

• Placenta previa

• medical and obstetric complications

• allergy to dydrogesterone
