Inclusion Criteria:- UCLA loneliness scale score equal to or greater than 55
Exclusion Criteria:
- current psychiatric illness
- current psychiatric medication or psychotherapy
- MRI contraindication (e.g. metal in body, claustrophobia)
- pregnancy
