Inclusion Criteria:- American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical status I and II children
undergoing elective lower abdominal surgery
Exclusion Criteria:
- increased intracranial pressure hemorrhagic diathesis infection at the puncture site
Those with a known history of allergy to the study drugs
