Inclusion Criteria:

• Non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) - squamous cell

• Stage IV or recurrent NSCLC

• Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of 0 or 1

Exclusion Criteria:

• Brain Metastases

• Autoimmune diseases
