Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• ASA 1-2

• 18-65 aged

• patient undergoing lower abdominal surgery

Exclusion Criteria:

• chronic opioid consumption

• bupivacaine and dexmedetomidine allergies

• coagulopathy

• infection at the needle insertion side

• chronic liver and kidney disease
