Inclusion Criteria:

• healthy subjects without cardiovascular disease

Exclusion Criteria:

• hypertension

• diabetes mellitus

• hyperthyroidism

• taking medication known to affect cardiovascular, metabolic, gastrointestinal, or immune function

• depression

• anxiety disorders
