Summary
To assess feasability, tolerance of anesthesic intramuscular motor block. To study immediate
effects on differents muscles : gluteus maximus, rectus femoris in a hemiparetic population
(over 15 days) To precise the role of the muscles which could be rehabilitatoin targets.
