Summary
This study aims to evaluate the attenuation of ischemic-reperfusion injury in the liver after
sevoflurane preconditioning. In the presence of sevoflurane, an attenuation of liver injury
is hypothesized (diminished increase of liver enzymes, reduced production of inflammatory
mediators).
