Inclusion Criteria:

• Women with menorrhagia

• 18-49 years of age

• Regularly occuring menstrual periods

Exclusion Criteria:

• History or presence of clinically significant disease or abnormalities that might confound the study

• History of bilateral oophorectomy or hysterectomy
