Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• At least 3 episodes of PAF within 6 months

• Refractory to at least one drug

• Therapeutic anticoagulation

• Signed informed consent

Exclusion Criteria:

• Persistent AF

• Structural heart disease

• Prior ablation

• Contraindication present
