Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• adolescents and young women requesting LNG-IUD insertion

Exclusion Criteria:

• heavy vaginal bleeding,pregnancy, contraindications to IUD insertion, allergy or contraindication to isosorbide mononitrate, uterine anomaly
