Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• Healthy Adults

• Adults with Child-Pugh Class C liver cirrhosis

Exclusion Criteria:

• Diagnosis of renal failure

• Urgent need of liver transplant

• Selenium supplements of >25 µg per day during the past year
