Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• osteoarthritis

• unilateral total knee arthroplasty

• ASA grade I - II

• normal cognitive function.

Exclusion Criteria:

• patients refuse

• BMI > 35

• diagnosis other than osteoarthritis

• allergy to the drugs used or contraindication to the intervention
