Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:- ASA physical status I- II.
Exclusion Criteria:
- History of ketamine
- History of NSAID
- History of allergies
- Any bleeding disorders
- History of GIT bleeding
- Those who will undergo other procedures in addition to bilateral myringotomy
