Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• full term

• singleton pregnant women

• scheduled for elective cesarean delivery

Exclusion Criteria:

• Cardiac morbidities

• hypertensive disorders of pregnancy

• peripartum bleeding

• baseline systolic blood pressure (SBP) < 100 mmHg

• body mass index > 35
