Inclusion Criteria:

• Patients undergoing shoulder surgery in American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I-II

Exclusion Criteria:

• with a known allergy to study medications,

• chronic opioid use,

• ipsilateral upper limb neurological deficits,

• severe respiratory disease,

• coagulopathy
