Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• inherited low-turnover osteoporosis

• lumbar spine or hip BMD T-score ≤ -2.5

• a written informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria:

• age less than 18 years

• generally accepted contraindications for the treatment
