Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• age ≥ 20,

• ASA class I and II,

• nasal surgery

Exclusion Criteria:

• bradycardia (< 45 bpm),

• heart block,

• liver failure,

• renal failure,

• uncontrolled hypertension,

• body mass index ≥ 30 kg/m2
