Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:- (ASA) II-III physical status
- elective inguinal hernia
- lower extremity surgery
- general anesthesia
- supine position
Exclusion Criteria:
- nasal septum,
- adenotonsillar hypertrophy,
- perforated tympanic membrane,
- middle ear pathology
- receive medications for middle ear pressure .
