Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:- patients admitted to angiography unit
- over 18
- informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
- acute renal failure before 7 days
- spironolactone contraindications
- hyperkalemia (S.K. >5.5 mEq/L)
- documented tumor
- actively taking NSAIDs, Ciclosporin, Cisplatin,
