Summary
This randomized phase II trial is to explore the clinical efficacy, safety and feasibility of
neoadjuvant immunotherapy plus radiotherapy compared with neoadjuvant immunotherapy plus
chemotherapy in operable stage II-IIIA (N+) non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and the
optimal radiotherapy pattern.
