Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• Patients with high-altitude polycythemia aging 18 to 65 years.

Exclusion Criteria:

• Allergic to Tibetan medicine ingredients;

• Inappropriate to receive Tibetan medicine treatment and/or remote ischemic conditioning.
