Inclusion Criteria:- Patients younger than 20 years of age
- Diagnosis of Recessive Dystrophic Epidermis Bullosa (RDEB)or Junctional Epidermis
Bullosa (JEB)
- Signed consent/assent form
Exclusion Criteria:
-Previous known allergy or intolerance to trimethoprim
