Switching from Risperidone to Aripiprazole in early stage of pharmacotherapy will demonstrate the same efficacy as compared to risperidone continuation treatment in the treatment of schizophrenia.

• Schizophrenia, DSM-IV

• Acute phase

Exclusion Criteria:

• Refractory Schizophrenia

• Substance Abuse
