Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:- Health service staff and employee in the Region of Southern Denmark.
- Tendency to depressive symptoms in the winter season SPAQ>7.
Exclusion Criteria:
- clinical diagnosis sarcoidoses
- tuberculosis
- bipolar affective disorder
- schizophrenia
- hypercalcemia
- hyperphosphatemia
- pregnancy
- hyperparathyroidism
- reduced kidney function
