Inclusion Criteria:

• Type II DM

• Age 20-75 years old

• Treat with Gliclazide and Metformin

• Signed informed consent

Exclusion Criteria:

• GOT/GPT >80/80

• Creatinine > 2.0

• Lactating or pregnant women
