Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:- hypertensive women undergoing elective cesarean section
Exclusion Criteria:
- Patients with cardiac, hepatic, renal, or thromboembolic disease. ,
- patients with the high possibility of the morbid adherent placenta,
- known coagulopathy and
- those presented with severe antepartum hemorrhage
- refuse to participate
