Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• Women With Twin Pregnancy Undergoing Cesarean Section

Exclusion Criteria:

• Patients with cardiac, hepatic, renal, or thromboembolic disease. ,

• patients with a high possibility of the morbid adherent placenta,

• known coagulopathy and

• those presented with severe antepartum hemorrhage

• refuse to participate
