Inclusion Criteria:- Informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
- D&E due to PPROM or infection.
- Known N2O allergy.
- Contraindication to N2O use - Congenital heart defects, pulmonary hypertension,
megaloblastic anemia, O2 blood saturation <95%
