Inclusion Criteria:

• Full term (>=37 weeks gestation)

• Age 0-60 Days

• Undergoing Lumbar Puncture

Exclusion Criteria:

• Unstable

• Premature (<37 weeks gestation)

• Allergy to study medicine

• Parent refusal of consent
