Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• patients scheduled for elective gynecological laparoscopy

Exclusion Criteria:

• emergent surgery

• cancer surgery

• chronic pain requiring pain killers

• psychiatric disease

• preoperative bradycardia (HR < 50 bpm)

• allergies

• pregnancy or breast feeding
